I’m graduating tomorrow, which is weird. I’ll have a diploma from BHCC (an associates in Criminal Justice) and I’m not feeling all that excited about it.

I mean, after just going to my mother’s graduation (her bachelors in Archeology and History) I feel kinda well, lame. She gets in honors I don’t, she gets her bachelors, I don’t. I feel swept under the rug. Now she wants to go to graduate studies and then her Masters. I don’t think I’ll even be able to get my bachelors until I’m at least 27. Maybe.

I’m paying for my own way, that’s why I’m not still in school now busting my hump. I can’t afford it even with loans and even then, what the hell do I do.

Whateve’s. I’m lucky enough to be where I am NOW. So that should be good enough a-and we’re having a party at my house (even though it’s supposed to rain, joy) so I’m gonna walk across the stage like this,
